Overview
Cheks helps users track licences, insurance, registrations, certifications, tickets, subscriptions, services, memberships, domains, hosting and other renewal dates. At launch, Cheks is designed to work locally on the user's device.
Information you enter
Information such as item names, expiry dates, renewal dates, notes, reference numbers and reminder settings is stored on your device for the purpose of running the app.
Notifications
Cheks uses local notifications to remind you about upcoming dates. Notification delivery depends on your device settings, app permissions and operating system behaviour.
Payments
Pro purchases are processed through the relevant app store and purchase provider. Cheks does not directly collect or store your card details.
Analytics and crash reporting
Cheks does not use third-party analytics or crash reporting in the current local-first launch build.
Data selling
Cheks does not sell personal data.
Future features
If backup, account-based sync or other data features are introduced later, this policy should be updated before those features are released.
